Corrections, disputes and removals
Austin Landscapers is a directory of landscaping businesses in Central Texas, built from publicly available business information and computed scores based on Google reviews. Every business is scored using one fixed rubric applied equally across all landscapers in the directory. Listing here is free, and payment can never change your score or your ranking. This page explains what you can correct, dispute, or request removed from your listing. See our rubric for the full scoring rubric.
Factual corrections
You can request corrections to factual fields: your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services offered. To confirm a correction, provide the accurate information plus something to verify it against, such as your business website or your Google Business Profile. Once verified and applied, corrections stay in place even when the directory data refreshes.
Score disputes
Scores are never hand-edited. If you dispute your score, you are claiming that the input data is wrong: that your profile is matched to the wrong business, that reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or that a review summary misstates what reviewers actually wrote. When you file a dispute, the sources are re-checked and your listing is regenerated. A dispute is not a request for a better score.
Listing removals
Your listing can be removed if your business is permanently closed, if it is a duplicate, or if it falls outside the scope of this directory. The directory also runs a verification cycle each month that automatically catches and removes businesses no longer operating. If your listing is accurate and in scope, a removal request may be declined, and you will receive a clear explanation of why.
Where to send requests
Write to [email protected] with your business name, your listing's URL, and the change you are requesting. This directory is published by Bluebonnet Local Guides.
How long it takes
Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. Requests that cannot be granted come with the reason.
